bugfix: missing space following find and replace
plots restricted to formedness
use auto-servernum to keep rapidfire xvfb-run instances from trampling all over each other
Faktsch is a series of experiments examining the learnability of novel words with phonological clusters that violate general well-formedness constraints (sonority, etc.). The additional factor existence is manipulated across languages.
The shell
directory contains scripts for traditional EEG/ERP processing, including filtering, rereferencing to linked mastoids, movement-artifact rejection, offline triggering of phonological events, averaging and grand-averaging.
The majority of the old eeprobe
helper scripts have been converted to make
recipes, with the notable exception of the plot-viewing scripts. See the README.md
in the shell
directory for a further overview or the wiki for more extensive documentation.
Configuration files can be found in the cfg
directory.
The cues
directory contains timing information for the offline insertion of phonological triggers.
The doc
directory contains various notes and tidbits of documentation. The brief and sometimes unintelligble notes therein are being expanded and added to the wiki.
Statistical analyses are contained in the stats subrepository, which uses Git for greater ease of use with RStudio.
