Use enumerables instead of building full arrays.

Add explicit prism dependency.

Add a method for parsing comments attached to settings.

This only works via the DSL style of config definitions, meant to be for
creating UI for settings in a DRY fashion, or simply returning human readable
documentation for a given setting.

No additional processing is done, so the user can decide on format (rdoc,
markdown, plain text, etc)
